About the role

  • Associate Director managing Medicaid financial reporting and compliance audits. Collaborating with finance teams to ensure accurate fiscal documentation across multiple states.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares and distributes periodic financial statements to state Medicaid departments
  • Ensure all reports comply with applicable government regulations
  • Oversee financial policies & procedures related to new Medicaid state implementations
  • Assist with encounter teams on financial and encounter reconciliations
  • Collaborate with Medicaid Market Finance CFOs to review filings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 6 or more years of technical experience
  • 2 or more years of management experience
  • CPA
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL and databricks
