About the role
- Project Finance Analyst at Coates Field Service providing finance and accounting support to Project Accounting Group. Preparing project estimates and managing reporting of project cash flow forecasts in Oklahoma City.
Responsibilities
- Provide finance and accounting support to our Project Accounting Group
- Prepare and analyze project financial estimates
- Monitor and report actuals to project estimates
- Responsible for project set up in the project management and ERP systems
- Communicate project spend authorizations with stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain project cash flow forecasts for clients
- Manage reporting of project spend, burn rates, and ratios as needed
- Coordinate project information sharing with stakeholders as needed
- Ensure project control so that information is properly captured, reported and disseminated to stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Prefer 1 to 3 years related project finance / accounting experience
- Proficient Excel skills
- Knowledge of ERP Software or other project-based systems is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
