About the role

  • Director of Financial Planning & Analysis overseeing strategic financial leadership at Elo Touch Solutions. Leading budgeting, forecasting, and analytics to guide financial health and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the FP&A function, develop robust financial models, forecasts, and strategic plans to guide company growth and profitability
  • Oversee the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company strategy
  • Collaborate with executives, department leaders, and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations for key initiatives
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor financial and operational performance metrics, implement dashboards, and drive continuous improvement in financial processes
  • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional growth
  • Identify and implement best practices, automation, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A operations
  • Serve as a key point of contact for financial matters with internal and external stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and investors
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements while proactively identifying and mitigating financial risks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • At least 10-years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving

  • Effective communication and presentation
  • Process improvement and change management
  • Financial acumen and risk assessment
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • At least 5-years in a leadership or director level role
  • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and data analysis
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial systems, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
