About the role
- Director of Financial Planning & Analysis overseeing strategic financial leadership at Elo Touch Solutions. Leading budgeting, forecasting, and analytics to guide financial health and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the FP&A function, develop robust financial models, forecasts, and strategic plans to guide company growth and profitability
- Oversee the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company strategy
- Collaborate with executives, department leaders, and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations for key initiatives
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor financial and operational performance metrics, implement dashboards, and drive continuous improvement in financial processes
- Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional growth
- Identify and implement best practices, automation, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A operations
- Serve as a key point of contact for financial matters with internal and external stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and investors
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements while proactively identifying and mitigating financial risks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- At least 10-years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
