About the role

  • Prozessmanager overseeing end-to-end processes in market communication for the energy sector. Focus on continuous optimization and customer interface management in a remote role.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for end-to-end processes in market communication within the energy sector.
  • You are responsible for the continuous optimization of market communication processes — with a focus on implementation and operation for our customers.
  • You develop efficient, and where possible automated, workflows in line with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., GPKE), taking current technical standards into account.
  • You identify changes in legal or regulatory frameworks at an early stage and develop concepts and strategies to ensure compliance with all requirements.
  • Acting as an interface between customers, internal specialist departments and software vendors, you gather requirements for processes, systems and interfaces and manage their further development.
  • With your expertise in market roles, EDI message formats (e.g., UTILMD, MSCONS, INVOIC) and energy industry processes, you support the sales team in the technical assessment of customer inquiries and solutions.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience as a process manager (m/f/d) in the energy sector
  • Solid knowledge of market communication, in particular within GPKE and GeLi Gas, and in the exchange of EDI messages (e.g., UTILMD, MSCONS, INVOIC)
  • Experience with project and process management methods (e.g., BPMN) and implementing them into efficient workflows
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis
  • Independent working style, team player and ability to structure complex information and communicate it clearly
  • A plus but not required: experience working with databases (e.g., SQL) and basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python or JavaScript)
