Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end mobile experience by transforming dense payment and expense workflows into clear, elegant, and high-trust interactions for travelers on the move
Partner within the Product Trio to navigate ambiguity and drive continuous discovery, rapidly prototyping and validating solutions to ensure every release simplifies global fiscal complexity
Define the logic and flow of sophisticated payment systems, ensuring transparency and precision while minimizing user friction in high-stakes regulatory environments
Leverage quantitative data and A/B testing alongside qualitative insights to validate hypotheses, iterate on interaction models, and drive measurable improvements in mobile adoption and reclaim success rates
Deliver production-ready mobile outputs for immediate impact while navigating research-led discovery for future financial opportunities and shaping our long-term innovation roadmap
Requirements
6+ years of experience leading design for high-scale B2C native products for Android and iOS
Proven ability to distill complex data ecosystems into elegant, “Apple-esque" user journeys through rigorous iterative testing
Expertise in leveraging quantitative data and A/B testing alongside qualitative insights to validate hypotheses, iterate on designs, and drive evidence-based product decisions
Self-organized and decisive, with the ability to manage multiple design horizons simultaneously
Strong storyteller with excellent English skills, capable of aligning stakeholders and advocating for the user
Experience with Product Trio model and structured discovery techniques (e.g., PRFAQs, Amazon 6-pagers) is a strong plus
Familiarity with digital payments, expense management, corporate travel frameworks (VAT, tax, corporate travel policy) is a strong plus
Passionate about AI-assisted design and agile product development, with a growth mindset and curiosity to explore how emerging tools can shape the next generation of user experiences
