Responsibilities
provides marketing and communication support for the traditional Ben Franklin investment program and the other training/promotional initiatives
enhances support networks through ongoing communication of the organization’s accomplishments
develops marketing/branding/messaging strategies
produces Ben Franklin annual program overview
manages media relations and website/social media
participates in statewide marketing efforts and supports statewide legislative advocacy
manages PR and check presentation events
creates video, audio, and written content
assists clients with marketing needs
administers email marketing system and implements best practices
performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required for both levels
3+ years of relevant experience for Advanced Professional level
6+ years of relevant experience for Senior Professional level
Outstanding writing and communication skills
Experience in Adobe Photoshop
Experience with an email marketing system, Salesforce, and WordPress websites
Ability to organize multiple projects and processes simultaneously
Strong project management skills
Ability to work effectively with multiple constituents
Basic knowledge of economic development and tech startups is a plus
Valid driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check required
