About the role

  • Consultant Workday managing Workday Absence & Time Tracking projects and client training. Working on deployment, configuration, and guiding clients through system adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze client requirements
  • Configure the Workday system
  • Monitor project progress and schedule
  • Troubleshoot and resolve anomalies
  • Advise and support companies in simplifying their business rules
  • Convert data from legacy systems to Workday format
  • Train clients on how to use Workday (training materials, in-person training)
  • Assist the client in writing and executing test scenarios

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
  • Significant experience in GTA (time and attendance management)
  • Strong knowledge of Time and Attendance and Scheduling solutions, particularly system configuration
  • Proficiency in French and English is required
