About the role
- Business Consultant focusing on the D365 platform projects, collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to deliver integrated solutions.
Responsibilities
- Als Business Consultant ben jij de inhoudelijke spil in onze D365 platform projecten.
- Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de integrale (platform) oplossing die bij de klant wordt geïmplementeerd en werkt nauw samen met zowel de klant als ons interne team.
- Aan de klant zijde werk je nauw samen met de product owner en de scrum master van de klant.
- Intern ondersteun je het team van functionele consultants (vraagbaak/ spiegelen) en ben je aanspreekpunt voor technisch architecten en technisch consultants.
- Tijdens de uitvoering monitor je continu of de oplossing nog steeds waarde toevoegt, toets je de voortgang en stuur je bij waar nodig.
- Je faciliteert integratie-overleggen, presenteert conceptoplossingen en neemt de klant mee in demo’s en workshops.
Requirements
- Je bezit een HBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Je beschikt over minimaal 5 jaren kennis en ervaring met het Microsoft Dynamics D365 platform;
- Je bent analytisch sterk om bedrijfsprocessen en systemen snel te doorgronden en hebt kennis van de branches waar wij actief in zijn;
- Bovenal heb je een verantwoordelijke, leuke en spontane persoonlijkheid, met een enorme passie voor IT en het Microsoft platform!
