About the role
- Consultant(e) AMOA confirmé(e) at HR Path advising clients on HR transformation and SIRH. Responsibilities include optimizing HR processes and deploying solutions like Workday.
Responsibilities
- HR advisory: Optimize HR processes (Talent, HR administration/payroll, Time & Attendance)
- Conduct audits, assessments, and roadmaps
- Benchmark HR trends and digital innovations
- Provide recommendations and harmonize payroll rules
- HRIS consulting: Deploy and optimize HR solutions (Workday, Teams RH/Cegedim, HQ, and other tools)
- Draft specifications and support procurement/tenders
- Define and lead projects, facilitate workshops, manage testing and user acceptance (UAT)
- Train and support teams post-deployment
Requirements
- Master's degree in HR or degree from a business school
- Proven experience in HR/HRIS projects, ideally with Workday & Teams RH/Cegedim
- Knowledge of HR administration/payroll (GA/payroll) and HR processes (testing/UAT, cross-functional projects)
- Professional-level English and strong office software skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
