- Lead the design and integration strategy for the Partner Compensation domain
- Ensure seamless connectivity between HP systems and E2Open
- Drive modernization, compliance, and scalability to enhance partner experience solutions
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings across various teams
- Oversee project phases, particularly the testing phase
- Document features, track progress and create comprehensive testing plans
- Translate business concepts into next-generation applications and tools using agile methodologies
- Assist in project planning including scheduling, resource allocation, and cost estimation
- Contribute innovative ideas and lead cross-functional teams
- Act as a functional leader, shaping strategy and setting policies
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or any related discipline
- 13+ years of work experience in product management, digital or software product development, or a related field
- Strong technical skills in partner compensation domain
- Deep understanding of channel business processes including partner sales, inventory reporting, compensation models, and financial claims
- Proficiency in Agile Methodology, Amazon Web Services, API, Automation, DevOps, Full Stack Development, Java, JavaScript, Microservices, Microsoft Azure, Python, Scalability, SQL, and AI/ML technologies.
