- This role oversees cross-functional teams and serves as a senior customer-facing leader responsible for achieving contractual outcomes across print, device, and collaboration solutions.
- Coordinate multi-functional, multivendor teams across print fleet management, device provisioning, analytics, collaboration room buildouts, and monitoring services.
- Develop and manage program governance models, including steering committees, PMO structures, quality controls, DAIR logs, communication plans, and operational handover frameworks.
- Act as a trusted advisor guiding customers through strategic changes in their print, device, and collaboration environments.
Requirements
- Four‑year or Graduate Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- 7–10+ years of experience in project or program management, IT service transitions, or related technical fields.
- PMI (PMP) required
- ITIL (Foundation or higher)
- ITSM certifications
- PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certifications
- Six Sigma or process improvement certifications
