Finance Analyst responsible for revenue reporting and analysis. Collaborating with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure financial control in a growing international tech business.
Responsibilities
We’re looking for a commercially minded Finance Analyst who loves working with numbers, data, and systems, and who can turn financial information into clear, actionable insight.
You’ll play a key role in revenue reporting and analysis, oversee revenue-related accounts, and work closely with our Sales and Account Management teams, known internally as Pods, to ensure accuracy, visibility, and strong financial control across the revenue cycle.
This is a hands-on, analytical role in a fast-growing, international tech business.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
Prepare and analyse revenue reporting, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers
Support month-end processes related to revenue and revenue-linked balance sheet accounts
Reconcile and monitor revenue-related bank accounts
Oversee accounts receivable reporting, including ageing and debtor trends
Review and support credit control activities, including bad debt follow-ups
Monitor and manage card payment disputes, for example Stripe
Work with large datasets across multiple systems to ensure data accuracy
Build and improve reports, models, and dashboards
Partner closely with Sales and Account Management Pods
Identify process improvements and support ad hoc finance projects
Requirements
BCom degree or similar, preferably in Financial Management, Finance, or Financial and Data Analysis
Minimum of three years post-tertiary experience
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Comfortable working independently
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
Strong attention to detail with a commercial mindset
Confident communicator who enjoys working with non-finance stakeholders
Experience in revenue, accounts receivable, or credit control
Exposure to payment platforms or banking tools such as Stripe or Modulr
Experience with SQL and Looker
Background in a fast-growing or international business
