About the role

  • Project Manager optimizing customer journeys for a leading automotive marketing firm. Collaborating with teams to enhance customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • You implement smart customer journeys that delight across all channels
  • You analyze customer experiences to identify pain points and drive improvements
  • You work closely with Marketing, Media, Web and other teams to create a seamless customer experience
  • You use innovative tools to measure customer satisfaction and monitor interactions across all channels
  • You act as the primary client contact and guide them through the entire project lifecycle
  • You listen to customer feedback, adapt to new situations, and lead teams to achieve the best results
  • You participate in workshops to promote a customer-centric mindset within the team and to explore specific topics both internally and externally

Requirements

  • You hold a university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • You have experience implementing cross-channel campaigns, ideally in a similar role, within an agency environment, or at an agile company
  • You can read people and contexts well and adapt to individual situations
  • You act with a customer-centric mindset and understand clients' needs and expectations
  • You are a strong communicator and can collaborate effectively with diverse, including international, teams
  • You thrive on multitasking and can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • You have analytical thinking to correctly interpret performance and KPIs
  • You have knowledge of information security and information security awareness
