Responsibilities
You implement smart customer journeys that delight across all channels
You analyze customer experiences to identify pain points and drive improvements
You work closely with Marketing, Media, Web and other teams to create a seamless customer experience
You use innovative tools to measure customer satisfaction and monitor interactions across all channels
You act as the primary client contact and guide them through the entire project lifecycle
You listen to customer feedback, adapt to new situations, and lead teams to achieve the best results
You participate in workshops to promote a customer-centric mindset within the team and to explore specific topics both internally and externally
Requirements
You hold a university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
You have experience implementing cross-channel campaigns, ideally in a similar role, within an agency environment, or at an agile company
You can read people and contexts well and adapt to individual situations
You act with a customer-centric mindset and understand clients' needs and expectations
You are a strong communicator and can collaborate effectively with diverse, including international, teams
You thrive on multitasking and can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
You have analytical thinking to correctly interpret performance and KPIs
You have knowledge of information security and information security awareness
