About the role

  • Project Coordinator role for Shared Health, assisting in project planning and occupancy in Manitoba healthcare. Overseeing user groups and ensuring successful project completion.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sr. Project Coordinators, Managers and Directors in guiding user groups through the various stages of project planning, construction and occupancy.
  • Act as the Shared Health (SH) representative and is required to work closely with the facility teams to bring their project to a successful completion.
  • Related experience and/or experience in a healthcare setting would be considered an asset.
  • Previous work experience in design, project planning and contract administration an asset.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle.
  • Master of Architecture or Interior Design, Bachelor Degree in Interior Design, Architectural Technology or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Auto CAD 2004 or more current version is essential.
  • Effective organizational skills.
  • Innovative and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in project coordination, evaluation and report writing considered an asset.
