About the role
- Project Coordinator role for Shared Health, assisting in project planning and occupancy in Manitoba healthcare. Overseeing user groups and ensuring successful project completion.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Sr. Project Coordinators, Managers and Directors in guiding user groups through the various stages of project planning, construction and occupancy.
- Act as the Shared Health (SH) representative and is required to work closely with the facility teams to bring their project to a successful completion.
- Related experience and/or experience in a healthcare setting would be considered an asset.
- Previous work experience in design, project planning and contract administration an asset.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle.
- Master of Architecture or Interior Design, Bachelor Degree in Interior Design, Architectural Technology or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Auto CAD 2004 or more current version is essential.
- Effective organizational skills.
- Innovative and creative problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project coordination, evaluation and report writing considered an asset.
