Responsibilities
Creative responsibility for the visual implementation of all brand and communication initiatives
Collaborate with Strategy, Digital, and Client Leads to ensure creative ideas and brand consistency
Maintain a comprehensive overview of all ongoing projects; identify and leverage synergies and opportunities in the visual domain
Advise clients on concepts, design trends, and brand presentation
Develop and present creative concepts; participate in and prepare/follow-up for regular status meetings (Jour Fixe) and steering meetings
Process and quality control within the creative team; further development of internal team processes
Requirements
6+ years of professional experience in a creative agency
Passion for brands, communication, and new technologies
Strong conceptual skills across traditional and digital channels
Excellent team player who enjoys working in a team and collaborating with the Creative Director – Copy (all genders)
Ability to identify creative talent and enthusiasm for leading the team
Motivation to set new standards
Excellent German and English skills
