Responsibilities
Develop and implement high-quality animations for automotive and product visualization projects in Unreal Engine
Animate cameras, objects, and environments to create cinematic sequences
Collaborate with creatives and technical artists to ensure animations align with brand and design intent
Work with rigging, keyframe animation, and motion capture integration for realistic product interactions
Take ownership of animation from concept to final delivery
Support pipeline improvements and mentor junior artists in Unreal animation best practices
Requirements
5+ years of production experience in animation, ideally in automotive or product visualization using Unreal Engine
Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and cinematic storytelling
Expertise in Unreal Engine animation tools (Sequencer, Control Rig, Animation Blueprints)
Experience animating mechanical parts and interactive product features
Proficient with 3D tools (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max) for animation and rigging
Highly organized and capable of managing complex scenes
Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Excellent English skills (spoken and written); German skills are a plus
Understanding and competence in digital infrastructures, as well as website rollout, maintenance, support and information security
