Responsibilities
- Act as the focal point between internal teams, business specialists, concessionaires and the technical team.
- Interpret regulatory documents, SMD, business rules, KPIs and variables.
- Elicit, detail and document business and functional requirements (BRD/FRD).
- Map internal and external data sources, understanding granularity, periodicity and data generation logic.
- Support data engineers in mapping ingestion, validation and data quality needs.
- Design and structure field data collection forms with a user-experience oriented perspective.
- Oversee technical implementations (ETLs, data models, dashboards) ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Execute validations, acceptance tests (UAT) and approvals.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation aligned with the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Database Management, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Prior experience as a Requirements Analyst, Technology Business Partner, Process Analyst or a similar role.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, metrics, rules and numerical variables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into plain language.
- Familiarity with SQL for reading and interpreting data.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Organized, critical thinker with strong attention to detail.
