Responsibilities
You support our buyers in assortment planning and all purchasing-related tasks for the respective product category.
You are responsible for direct communication with our suppliers.
You guide new suppliers through the onboarding process, including contract preparation.
You support your team during supplier meetings and, where applicable, at industry-relevant trade fairs.
You are responsible for preparing and maintaining product master data and our merchandise management system.
You manage the product information that our customers need to make purchasing decisions.
Requirements
You have completed commercial training (e.g., apprenticeship) or an equivalent qualification.
Preferably, you have already gained experience in purchasing, retail, or sales—ideally in the furniture sector.
You have a good sense for trends and a strong passion for stylish home living.
You have solid PC skills and are confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
You work independently, efficiently, and conscientiously.
You have business-fluent German and good (min. B1) English skills.
