Who Should Not Apply
If you’re looking for a comfortable, low-intensity role, this is not it.
If you struggle with direct stakeholders, fast decisions, or pressure, you will find this challenging.
If you need perfect structure before you can operate, a startup environment will frustrate you — we are building the structure as we scale
If personal growth, ownership, and accountability are not priorities for you, this role will not be a good fit.
If you tend to take feedback or disagreements personally rather than professionally, this environment may feel tough.
