About the role
- Director of Global Product Portfolio Management driving product strategy and innovation in Höganäs's MCE division. Collaborating with global teams to deliver profitable product portfolios and market insights.
Responsibilities
- Define a global product portfolio strategy based on customer insights and competitive analysis
- Create a new product road map and own Concept to Launch & Scale-up cycle for commercialization
- Manage product positioning, pricing & gross margin guidelines to deliver a profitable product portfolio
- Create & support targeted product promotional plans to drive demand generation
- Manage inter-divisional coordination with production divisions & manufacturing sites for launch and supply
- Use digitalization tools to improve product portfolio management activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in an industrial goods company
- At least 5 years in product management/business development or related role
- Engineering/science educational background
- Qualification in business management or related field preferred
- Experience collaborating with teams from diverse geographies and functions
- Analytical mindset and data-driven problem solving
- Working knowledge of project management concepts
- Preferably B2B marketing experience
