About the role
- As a Systems Engineer at HÖRMANN Intralogistics, you'll work on AutoStore systems and customer presentations. Driving growth with technical expertise in a hybrid working environment in Munich.
Responsibilities
- Daten analysieren & Kennzahlen bewerten: Auswertung relevanter Leistungswerte wie Einlager- und Auslagerleistung, Bin Distribution und Task Configuration, um optimale Systemauslegung sicherzustellen
- Systemlayouts entwickeln: Erstellung von AutoStore-Layouts im Grid Designer, auch live im Workshop beim Kunden
- Simulationen durchführen: Einsatz des AutoStore-Simulators zur Leistungsüberprüfung und Ableitung von Verbesserungen für Design und Prozess
- Kalkulation & Angebote erstellen: Entwicklung wirtschaftlich wie technisch stimmiger Angebote inklusive Kostenkalkulation
- Kunden begeistern: anschauliche 3D-Darstellungen und Präsentationen, die komplexe Systeme verständlich machen
- Projekte ganzheitlich begleiten: Verantwortung vom Erstkontakt über Konzeptentwicklung bis hin zur Angebotspräsentation
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung mit AutoStore-Systemen, idealerweise bei einem Integrator
- Sicherer Umgang mit Grid Designer & AutoStore-Simulator, Excel (Pivot, S-Verweise) sowie 3D-CAD/Visualisierung
- Deutschkenntnisse mind. auf dem C1-Niveau, Englisch mind. auf dem B2-Niveau
- Strukturierte, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Reisebereitschaft ca. 20 % (≈ 1 Tag/Woche), Einarbeitung in München, danach flexibles Arbeiten in der DACH-Region
