Responsibilities
You are the primary point of contact for existing customers on all matters related to our Warehouse Management (WMS) software solutions.
You analyze their needs and develop tailored solutions in cooperation with colleagues from customer service and other specialist departments.
You understand intralogistics processes and the fundamentals of IT and software landscapes, assessing feasibility and the costs of customizations.
With the support of our technical specialists, you ensure that our customers' systems are kept up to date from a software and IT perspective.
You prepare project documentation for new requirements arising from our existing customer systems, price quotes, and support the entire quotation process through to order placement.
After an order is placed, you remain the central point of contact and ensure successful implementation with internal teams.
You make occasional customer visits to build personal relationships and coordinate the further development of our installed systems with customers.
Requirements
You have a completed vocational or university qualification in computer science or IT.
Ideally, you have sales experience in intralogistics.
You are characterized by a reliable and solution-oriented working style.
Your customer-focused approach enables you to communicate with our customers on an equal footing.
You have solid knowledge of IT software and hardware technologies.
Your strong communication skills enable you to explain technical content clearly and present convincingly.
You enjoy interdisciplinary tasks and like working in a dynamic team.
You are willing to travel as necessary to successfully perform your duties.
You have very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.
