Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of relevant experience)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional level experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills including proficiency with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Hands on experience working with ERP systems (such as SAP), preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across cultures and functional teams
