About the role

  • Logistics Coordinator overseeing logistics operations within supply chain for 48forty Solutions. Managing 3PLs, optimizing processes, and supporting customer service in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily operation from both the customer and operations perspective
  • Organize and manage 3PLs and service provider operation documentation
  • Analyze & optimize logistical process to provide best in class service to current & future customers
  • Review, prepare, and route purchase orders and other operation documentation
  • Monitor shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity
  • Strongly support business development and brokerage teams to develop customer base
  • Answer customer inquiries timely and efficiently
  • Understand various logistics KPIs and their impact on the day to day operation progress
  • Monitor & evaluate 3PL performance

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Degree in business administration, logistics or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a logistics related position required
  • Account management and customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of legal regulations and ISO requirements
  • Generic understanding of ERP systems
