Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end clinical supply chain planning and execution for multiple products within your therapeutic area, with a strong focus on late‑stage clinical development.
- Ensure uninterrupted clinical supply through robust, risk‑based supply plans that optimize cost, minimize waste, and meet quality and regulatory requirements.
- Set the strategic direction for your portfolio, influencing program decisions in alignment with enterprise and therapeutic strategies.
- Build, coach, and develop a high‑performing global team, fostering accountability, engagement, and career growth.
- Drive the evolution of clinical supply chain capabilities by standardizing practices, advancing Centers of Excellence, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion digital transformation that replace manual processes with integrated workflows, enhance data visibility, and enable faster, better‑informed decisions.
- Manage financial planning and deliver against budget and performance targets for the therapeutic area.
- Serve as a senior PO&T leader within the West Coast Hub, strengthening cross‑functional collaboration, communication and alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 12 years of experience in a highly complex corporate environment
- Prior clinical supply chain experience is required
- People management experience and/or Cross-Functional Project Management experience
- Experience within a global and regulated environment
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to anticipate risks and develop contingency plans
