Regulatory responsibilities and boundaries
Navigate Regulatory & Compliance-Led Sales

Requirements
5–10 years experience in payments, banking, FX, or fintech infrastructure
Hands-on experience selling to:
Licensed FIs
Regulated fintech platforms
Strong understanding of:
Flow of funds and settlement
FX mechanics and liquidity
Regulatory considerations in money movement
Comfortable working closely with:
Compliance teams
Product and engineering teams
Experience with long, high-trust sales cycles
