About the role
- Site Logistic Coordinator for the HVDC team in Germany managing material logistics and quality. Key role in project implementation and collaboration with supply chain management.
Responsibilities
- Koordination der Materiallieferungen zur Baustelle
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Supply Chain Management zur Identifikation, Terminierung und Lagerung der zu liefernden Materialien – inklusive Abstimmung mit Subunternehmern
- Annahme und Kontrolle von Material, Ausrüstung und Waren
- Organisation der Entladung, visuelle Inspektion, Dokumentation und Kommunikation von Mängeln oder Schäden, sowie Einhaltung aller HSE-Vorgaben
- Qualitätsmeldungen und Reklamationsmanagement
- Einleitung und Nachverfolgung von Reklamationen bei fehlendem oder beschädigtem Material, sowie Bewertung möglicher Auswirkungen des Bauablaufs
- Lagerung und Konservierung
- Erstellung und Umsetzung von Lager- und Konservierungsplänen, inklusive Nachverfolgung und Dokumentation der Lagerorte und -bedingungen
- Wartungsaktivitäten koordinieren
- Planung und Durchführung notwendiger Wartungen an Betriebsmitteln in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Wartungsteam, insbesondere während der Inbetriebnahmephase
- Verwaltung von Ersatzteilen und Restmaterialien
- Übergabe von Kundenersatzteilen, Identifikation und Koordination der Wiederverwendung, Verwertung oder Entsorgung von nicht benötigtem oder überschüssigem Material
- Teilnahme an Meetings und Berichterstattung
- Regelmäßige Kommunikation mit Projektbeteiligten, Berichterstattung über Risiken und Materialstatus sowie Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sicherheit und Qualität auf der Baustelle
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder in der Logistik
- Erfahrung in der Logistikkoordination wünschenswert
- Bereitschaft auf der Baustelle vor Ort zu arbeiten
- Organisations- und Dokumentationskompetenz, insbesondere bei der Lagerverwaltung, Qualitätsmeldungen und Wartungsprotokollen
- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, um effektiv mit internen Teams, Subunternehmern und Kunden zusammenzuarbeiten
- Mitarbeit und Weiterentwicklung unserer HSE-Kultur auf den Baustellen
