About the role
- Project management: Team management in multiple time zones, planning, set up scope, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, manage projects using agile and iterative project methodologies and use various project management tools
- Project delivery: Drive on-time and on-budget delivery of project from Initiate to Close
- Stakeholder management: Facilitate internal and supplier meetings, pro-active Stakeholder Management and engage on individual needs
- Change management: Manage project scope and identify need for and develop change orders
- Project communication: determine communication plans
- Risk & escalation management: identify and manage risks and issues, including escalations
- Project governance & compliance: ensure adherence to Hitachi Energy delivery methodology, including project controls
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional working experience in area of IT Project Management
- Software or Electrical Engineering background will be plus
- Comprehensive understanding of business processes in at least one of the following domains: Service, Electrical or Software Engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, English on min. B2 business level
- Good knowledge of ITIL V3 and/or V4 (certification will be advantage)
