About the role
- Consultant focusing on IT service sourcing strategies for clients. Overseeing project leadership and ensuring quality management in diverse projects.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients and assume (partial) project leadership for client engagements to develop IT and sourcing strategies, including deriving actionable recommendations for suitable sourcing options.
- Develop quality management models and measurement methods to evaluate service/performance quality.
- Ensure smooth execution from market exploration, through the preparation of tender documents and contract negotiations, to contract award—applicable to both public procurements and private tenders.
- Support subsequent transition and transformation activities and ensure a smooth handover to operations.
- Identify clients' organizational challenges and co-develop tailored solutions for building the retained organization and for governing their service providers.
Requirements
- At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in the relevant subject areas.
- Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, SAFe, COBIT, or SIAM.
- Strong analytical skills to structure complexity and clarify interrelationships, as well as the ability to design solutions/concepts and explain them.
- Very good presentation and communication skills in German.
- Knowledge of creative methods, Kanban, Scrum, and Design Thinking rounds off your profile.
