Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational supply chain support to both external partners and internal stakeholders
- Manage a complex global supplier network that supplies critical components for Boeing’s commercial aircraft
- Monitor and report key supplier performance metrics
- Provide clear direction and guidance to suppliers
- Prepare, lead, and facilitate recurring structured supplier performance reviews
- Collaborate across enterprise supply chain, internal teams, and external partners
- Lead root-cause analysis and manage corrective and preventive actions with suppliers
- Communicate timely, actionable performance-to-plan updates to leadership and customers
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
- 1+ years of experience interacting with customers (both internal and external)
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally, as needed
- 5 + years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent work or military experience (preferred)
