About the role

  • Talent Sourcing Specialist enhancing candidate engagement for Ascensus by sourcing and evaluating talent. Collaborating with TA team on recruitment strategies and implementing effective sourcing methods.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition department in creating and maintaining relationships with high performing, active/passive talent through various media and non-media tools and avenues
  • Assist in defining, designing and implementing the Sourcing Strategy for building/managing talent pools
  • Partner with TA Director and TA Consultants by participating on intake sessions
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through cold calling/e-mailing, professional networking, and data mining
  • Manage/updates candidates in various systems and provide weekly activity reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of Sourcing experience
  • Proficiency with social media
  • Proficiency with MS Office and database systems
  • Ability to prioritize and complete a high volume of work, managing multiple projects and coordinating multiple requests to successful completion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
