About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead project teams and IT emergency exercises, and support various clients in developing IT emergency plans, recovery and restart procedures, and data backup strategies – on-site and remotely
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients regarding security incidents, response and recovery procedures, or emergency measures in the cloud
- Participate in real incident response deployments and assist our clients in ensuring their operational continuity
- Contribute ideas and proposals on cross-functional topics such as information security, third-party risk management, and enterprise risk management to help further develop our consulting services
Requirements
- Degree in an IT-related field or equivalent professional qualification in the IT environment (e.g., administration, IT service, or data center operations)
- Experience applying ITSCM standards (e.g., ISO 27031) or comparable frameworks such as ISO 27001 or ITIL 4, plus several years of professional experience
- Solid experience in project leadership and a passion for knowledge transfer
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
