About the role
- Consultant supporting security management strategies and solutions for clients in IT and security consulting. Leading project teams and implementing tailored information security solutions, both remote and on-site.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams and support the implementation of tailored Information Security Management strategies and solutions for a variety of clients – remotely and on-site
- Guide our clients from conducting protection-needs assessments through structural analyses to the establishment of complete Information Security Management Systems
- Design organizational and technical security solutions in challenging projects and support their deployment
- Contribute ideas and proposals on interface topics (e.g., data protection, operations organization, service management) and help further develop our consulting services
Requirements
- Degree in a business or IT field, e.g., (business) informatics, engineering, or a comparable professional qualification – motivation is essential
- Practical experience applying information security standards such as ISO 27001 and BSI-Standard 200-X, plus several years of professional experience (e.g., as a Lead Auditor, IT-Grundschutz consultant, or similar)
- Proven experience in project leadership and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer
- Drive to tackle complex subject areas, pragmatic problem-solving skills, and very good German language skills
