About the role

  • Managing Consultant in IT Service Organisation leading client projects to establish service orientation in IT organizations. Defining service models and managing ITSM processes in client companies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client projects to establish a service orientation within IT organizations
  • Define service models, services and SLAs, and design required roles and governance structures
  • Implement or adapt ITSM processes at client organizations
  • Evolve the consulting offering by contributing experience and new methods
  • Provide technical leadership to other (senior) consultants in joint projects

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in consulting as a Lead Consultant, or leadership experience within an IT organization
  • Strong understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT or SIAM
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility in challenging situations
  • Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Highly solution-oriented
  • Very good presentation and communication skills in German
