About the role

  • Managing Consultant leading IT Service Engineering projects to improve client service management. Collaborating with clients to develop solutions and optimize service provider management.

Responsibilities

  • Project management for client engagements to establish or improve service management
  • Identification of organizational challenges and development of tailored solutions
  • Roll-out planning related to the delivery of new services
  • Establishment or optimization of service provider governance and management
  • Further development and enhancement of the consulting service offering

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in consulting as a Lead Consultant or leadership experience within an IT organization
  • Strong understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or SIAM
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility in challenging situations
  • Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a strong solution orientation
  • Very good presentation and communication skills in German
