Responsibilities
Take project ownership for client engagements to establish or improve service management for specific IT services
Identify clients' organizational challenges and develop tailored solutions together with them to adapt existing service management processes
Plan roll-outs relating to service delivery for new services and establish or optimize service provider governance/management
Evolve our consulting offerings by contributing experience and new methods
Provide technical leadership to other (Senior) Consultants in joint projects
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in consulting as a Lead Consultant or leadership experience within an IT organization
Strong understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or SIAM
Highly independent and responsible working style, even in challenging situations
Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and an above-average solution orientation
Very good presentation and communication skills in German
