About the role
- Cloud Engineer focusing on Incident Response and AWS cloud infrastructure security. Develops secure cloud infrastructures, CI/CD pipelines, and supports incident response teams.
Responsibilities
- Build, operate, and develop secure AWS cloud infrastructures using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters, e.g., EKS, and operate them efficiently
- Develop and automate CI/CD pipelines, including DevSecOps checks
- Support the incident response team in analyzing and remediating IT security incidents
- Work closely with customers as well as DevOps, security, and development teams
Requirements
- Several years of experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and infrastructure automation, e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes operations and security
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Analytical mindset to structure complexity, clarify relationships, and design and explain concepts
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
