About the role

  • Sales Manager driving growth and supporting sales execution within the staffing business. Leading a small sales team and partnering with recruiting and operations for client delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Actively sell staffing solutions and manage your own book of business
  • Own pipeline development from prospecting through close
  • Lead, coach, and support a small sales team through hands-on involvement
  • Drive practical, achievable growth initiatives that stabilize and expand revenue
  • Partner closely with recruiting and operations to ensure strong client delivery
  • Use CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Aviante, ZoomInfo) to track activity and results

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience (staffing, professional services, or B2B preferred)
  • Experience leading or mentoring a small sales team
  • Proven ability to sell—not just manage sellers
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, execution-focused environment
  • Strong pipeline management, follow-through, and accountability
  • Nice to Have Staffing industry experience
  • CRM and sales intelligence tool experience (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc.)
