Responsibilities
Work with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers to design and deliver innovative, fit‑for‑purpose digital solutions.
Engage directly with customers to understand requirements, build trust, and align solutions to their priorities.
Simplify technical complexity and communicate clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Take full ownership of the end‑to‑end solution architecture lifecycle—from requirements gathering to solution readiness.
Ensure designs meet security, regulatory, and compliance standards.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Drive continuous improvement, influencing better ways of working and enabling high‑quality outcomes.
Build strong working relationships to support shared team and customer goals.
Requirements
Advanced solution architecture experience, designing solutions aligned to enterprise architecture and integration standards.
Strong capability in solution design, service delivery optimisation, requirements gathering, and system design.
Proven ability to manage change, define technology strategy, and collaborate across multi‑disciplinary teams.
Experience in risk management, technology deployment, regulatory compliance, and configuration management.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop compelling proposals.
Proficient in Agile methodologies, business analysis, and product roadmap development.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
