Responsibilities
Design and implement the group supply chain strategy
Optimise the network to balance service, cost and operational efficiency
Identify opportunities to improve logistics performance across the supply chain
Lead production and material supply planning across the group
Drive the demand and supply forecasting process
Own and develop the S&OP framework to support business performance
Oversee customer logistics operations and customer service performance
Build strong supply chain partnerships with key retail customers
Ensure transport planning and service delivery meet customer expectations
Manage strategic relationships with logistics partners and 3PL providers
Lead contract design, negotiation and performance management
Ensure service, cost and operational standards are consistently delivered
Lead a diverse team across planning, logistics and customer supply chain
Provide clear direction and development opportunities for the team
Requirements
Significant experience in supply chain leadership within FMCG or manufacturing
Expertise in supply network planning and optimisation
Strong experience in S&OP, forecasting and supply planning
Experience designing and negotiating logistics and 3PL contracts
A track record of building strong customer supply chain partnerships
Demonstrable experience in building high performing teams and culture
The ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at senior level.
