  • Group Supply Chain Manager for Highland Spring shaping supply chain strategy and leading logistics operations. Collaborating with teams for operational efficiency and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the group supply chain strategy
  • Optimise the network to balance service, cost and operational efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to improve logistics performance across the supply chain
  • Lead production and material supply planning across the group
  • Drive the demand and supply forecasting process
  • Own and develop the S&OP framework to support business performance
  • Oversee customer logistics operations and customer service performance
  • Build strong supply chain partnerships with key retail customers
  • Ensure transport planning and service delivery meet customer expectations
  • Manage strategic relationships with logistics partners and 3PL providers
  • Lead contract design, negotiation and performance management
  • Ensure service, cost and operational standards are consistently delivered
  • Lead a diverse team across planning, logistics and customer supply chain
  • Provide clear direction and development opportunities for the team

Requirements

  • Significant experience in supply chain leadership within FMCG or manufacturing
  • Expertise in supply network planning and optimisation
  • Strong experience in S&OP, forecasting and supply planning
  • Experience designing and negotiating logistics and 3PL contracts
  • A track record of building strong customer supply chain partnerships
  • Demonstrable experience in building high performing teams and culture
  • The ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at senior level.
