Responsibilities
Independently manage all procurement processes to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain
Operational procurement responsibility, including price negotiations with national and international suppliers
Ongoing inventory and demand planning, as well as coordination and optimization of product flows across the entire supply chain
Close cross-functional coordination with production, development and logistics
Responsible for the timely execution of international deliveries, taking into account logistical and customs requirements
Preparation, processing and review of import and export documents and records
Maintain master data in the ERP/inventory management system
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree in a relevant field and experience in international procurement
Knowledge of import procedures and customs clearance is an advantage
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Proficient with MS Office and ideally experienced with MS Dynamics NAV or similar ERP systems
Hands-on mentality
Structured, self-directed and pragmatic working style
Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
