About the role
- Junior Teamlead BI Consultant managing Data & Cloud consulting projects for HICO Group in Switzerland. Leading project delivery and team collaboration with international consultants.
Responsibilities
- Financial responsibility and team leadership for the Data & Cloud Consulting practice in Switzerland
- Project management, design and implementation of complex data warehouse (DWH) projects
- Project ownership for globally operating enterprise clients
- Close collaboration within the leadership team and with international consulting teams
- Support customers from presales through company-wide rollouts
- Travel approximately 1–2 days per week

- We rely on your solid experience with DWH and ETL technologies in environments such as Qlik, Talend, Azure, MS Fabric, dbt, Snowflake, Databricks or other cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
- Desirable additional skills: experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Jedox, Tableau
- Initial experience in building teams or first leadership experience, deputy team lead experience and interaction with C-level stakeholders (internal/external)
- Several years of consulting experience (4+ years preferred), with flexibility and willingness to travel
- You hold a degree in Business Informatics or a comparable field and can demonstrate extensive experience in Business Intelligence or Data Management
- We expect a flair for creative problem-solving and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Excellent German and English skills (at least C1)
