Responsibilities
Conduct research and development activities in line with the organization's goals and objectives.
Create test plans, procedures, and reports based on customer environmental requirements and applicable minimum operational performance standards
Perform avionics system testing in accordance with these procedures
Provide technical expertise to the team in helping to solve complex engineering problems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve inter-team technical issues as needed during test execution
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
Desire to perform systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Interest/proficiency in adapting AI principles to improve efficiency.
Test station scripting experience in Python or similar languages.
Experience with Avionics Test Equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, and Power Meters.
Experience working with DO-160 and/or Mil-STD environmental requirements.
Experience evaluating MOPS such as DO-181, DO-185, DO-220, or DO-283.
Test Procedure and Test Report writing experience.
Advanced degree in engineering or a related field.
Ability to adapt to changing project needs.
Attention to detail and a passion for innovation.
