About the role

Requirements
- Completed degree (at least Bachelor, e.g. Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent qualification as a technician or master craftsman
- Approximately 3–5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Solid methodological skills in quality and process management (e.g. 8D, audits, KVP)
- Further training in quality management is desirable
- Leadership skills, strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Structured and reliable working style with a high sense of responsibility
