About the role
- Senior Insurance Product Manager working on digital insurance solutions for MOINSure GmbH. Optimizing and developing existing products while managing partnerships and internal training.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and develop existing insurance products
- Integrate planning into a company-wide roadmap
- Prepare internal and external benefit summaries and comparisons
- Manage diversification of the product and risk carrier portfolio
- Support tender processes and negotiate product setups with risk carriers
- Ensure document development, creation and maintenance for a structured filing system
- Serve as the primary technical contact for internal product and support inquiries
- Conduct internal product trainings
- Participate in negotiation and integration meetings to support the B2B Sales department
- Act as contact person for assigned risk-carrier partnerships
Requirements
- Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk or a degree in business administration/insurance management
- Several years of professional experience in the insurance sector (in product development for P&C insurance, e.g., in leasing, bicycle, electronics or pet insurance)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Team player with a structured and forward-looking working style
- Commitment to continuous development and acquisition of new specialist knowledge
- Very good German and English language skills
