About the role

  • Sales Manager driving business development and international sales in SPANIEN or POLEN and DACH region for loyalty app solutions. Responsible for the entire sales cycle from acquisition to project completion.

Responsibilities

  • You proactively acquire strategic key accounts in Spain or Poland and in the DACH region
  • You independently take responsibility for the entire sales process — from prospecting and product presentation, through proposal preparation and contract negotiation, to successful project completion.
  • You will report directly to our Co‑Founder and Head of Business Development and act as the central interface to internal stakeholders (inside sales/sales support, marketing, project management, and fulfillment).

Requirements

  • Experienced in national and/or international sales (ideally in B2B and/or SaaS)
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • High willingness to travel internationally (approx. 40%)
  • Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English, and either Spanish or Polish
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
