Responsibilities
Advising and following up with prospective participants, primarily by phone and video meetings
Managing prospect and registration lists in our CRM system
Handling the administrative registration process, including support with funding applications (BAföG and similar)
Ordering materials, planning courses, and organizing course launches
Participant and course administration, including communication with funding bodies
Preparing certificates and transcripts, and organizing conferences and other educational events.
Requirements
Vocational training in business, administration, or a technical field
Ideally, experience in administrative areas of educational organizations
Confident in using and learning software applications
Proficiency in the German language
