About the role

  • Kursleiter/Bildungsmanager managing administrative tasks, participant relationships, and course management. Supporting educational efforts in a modern environment at Heinze Akademie in Hamburg.

Responsibilities

  • Advising and following up with prospective participants, primarily by phone and video meetings
  • Managing prospect and registration lists in our CRM system
  • Handling the administrative registration process, including support with funding applications (BAföG and similar)
  • Ordering materials, planning courses, and organizing course launches
  • Participant and course administration, including communication with funding bodies
  • Preparing certificates and transcripts, and organizing conferences and other educational events.

Requirements

  • Vocational training in business, administration, or a technical field
  • Ideally, experience in administrative areas of educational organizations
  • Confident in using and learning software applications
  • Proficiency in the German language
