Manager, Professional Education managing national educational programs for healthcare professionals. Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality educational experiences.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and post-program follow-up of national programs for healthcare professionals.
Serves as a key leader within the Professional Education organization, with primary ownership of national educational initiatives.
Partners closely with Field Sales Leadership and internal stakeholders to drive the successful design and execution of national educational initiatives.
Develop and refine tailored agendas for national programs ensuring alignment with evolving clinical and business priorities.
Drive HCP Faculty identification, nomination, and engagement for national programs.
Own and facilitate HCP Faculty calls and content alignment meetings to support consistent, high-quality execution of national programs.
Manage national program budgets, including forecasting, spend tracking, and reconciliation to ensure adherence to budget forecasts.
Continually assess and implement iterative enhancements to department–owned technology platforms to improve operational efficiencies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the medical device industry
Proven experience collaborating with HCPs in an educational capacity
Strong experience partnering with commercial teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel
Familiarity with the following platforms preferred: Cvent, Concur, Salesforce, Porzio and MediSpend.
