About the role

  • Senior Commercial Operations Analyst supporting sales operations at HealthEdge. Responsible for data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and effectiveness in commercial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges
  • Provide tools, training, and resources to help them effectively execute the go-to-market strategy and improve their productivity
  • Assist in evaluating and enhancing sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Implement best practices and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
  • Assist in the administration and optimization of the CRM system
  • Ensure data integrity and provide training and support to the sales and marketing teams
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to sales operations
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to develop data-driven action plans to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Develop and implement sales dashboards, reports, and sales forecasting models and tools to support sales planning and track sales performance and effectiveness
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle metrics
  • Conduct complex ad-hoc analyses and provide actionable recommendations to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Plan, deliver, and manage commercial projects and programs, such as sales campaigns, OKR deliverables, and other strategic initiatives
  • Facilitate a cross-functional team of technical and business SMEs to identify and refine business requirements and translate them to business informatics solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to optimize processes and workflows

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a commercial/revenue/sales operations, analytics, process improvement, or similar role, preferably in a high-growth technology, consulting, or software industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to innovate and streamline processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Proven ability to support and enable sales teams
  • Experience with GTM strategies, sales processes, and automation tools
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working within the Healthcare industry a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
