About the role
- Working Student assisting with Health Day Events in various companies throughout Germany and Europe. Role involves supporting participants during health checks and ensuring smooth event operations.
Responsibilities
- You will support our team at Health Day events at companies across Germany and Europe.
- You are an important part of the event team and help participants to complete their health checks smoothly.
- Assignments are event-based and flexible — ideal alongside your studies.
- Support at corporate Health Day events at companies throughout Germany.
- Set up and dismantle event stations (HealthCases / screening stations).
- Welcome participants and handle check-in at the health stations.
- Assist users with the process of the health checks.
- Guide participants through a finger‑prick blood test (you will receive full training).
- Explain basic results using clear guidelines (we provide onboarding).
- Ensure events run in a friendly, professional, and seamless manner.
Requirements
- Enrolled student (field of study does not matter — medical background not required)
- Native German speaker or very fluent in German — you must be able to speak fluently with customers
- Friendly, open, and service-oriented manner
- Enjoy working with people
- Reliable and a team player
- Willingness to travel to events within Germany (hotel and transport costs are covered by HealthCaters)
